JNUS is an independent, non-profit and non-political women-led Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. The organization designs, develop and delivers programmes for the promotion of Gender Equality and Women Empowerment, Social Cohesion, and initiates measures that are vital for the prevention of Gender-based violence. JNUS is registered with the NGO Affairs Bureau (Registration number: 2453), the Department of Women's Affairs (Registration number: MBO/Cox-33/10), and the Department of Youth Development (Registration number: JUO/Cox/Listing-171).
